The Athletic Template describes someone who spends 2 or more hours taking care of their bodies by working out. They run to improve their cardio, lift weights to increase their upper and lower body strength, and perform sit ups to increase their core strength. The focus on improving their bodies gives the athletic greater than normal speed and endurance, but the time they spend tending to their bodies cuts into their time for studying, and their focus on improving themselves may stem from insecurities about their image.
