Scissor: Consisting of a metal tube with a crescent-shaped blade on the closed end, a scissor is meant to protect the user's hand and upper arm while acting as a more effective weapon than a shield. It doesn't provide as much protection as a shield, but it can cause vicious wounds with a single punch. Unlike a cestus, a character cannot hold any items in the same hand that they wield a scissor.
